Special internet rates are only valid if you book through nikkojakarta.com
All rates quoted in US dollars will be converted into local currency (IDR) upon settlement
Rates may change without prior notice

RESERVATION
Advance reservation is required
Reservation form has been provided for you and please complete the form and send it to us
All reservation inquiry is not automatically confirm and will be replied within 2 working days

CHANGE OF RESERVATION
Reservation can be changed with prior notice
“Change of Reservation” form will be provided for you. Complete it and send it to us
Confirmation of changed reservation is subject to room availability

CHECK-IN AND CHECK-OUT
Check-in time: 15:00 hrs
Check-out time: 12:00 hrs

GUARANTEE
One night non-refundable deposit is required to guarantee your reservation on specific high season period, the rest of the payment should be settled upon check out

Deposit can also be done by giving us your credit card detail

PAYMENT
All payment should be directed to Nikko Jakarta

In case of credit card detail, we will confidentially use the information for further processing
Your credit card will not automatically charged when you make a reservation
Full pre-payment is required for reservations passing 31 Dec

CANCELATION & NO-SHOW
Cancellations more than 3 days prior to arrival : No Charge
Cancellations less than 3 days prior to arrival : 1 room night charge.
Except on period of:
1 Aug 2010 – 31 Aug 2010: Cancellations less than 14 days prior to arrival : 1 room night charge.
5 Sep 2010 – 16 Sep 2010: Cancellations less than 30 days prior to arrival : 1 room night charge.
21 Dec 2010 – 5 Jan 2011: Cancellations less than 30 days prior to arrival : 1 room night charge.

CHILDREN POLICY
Children age is under 12 years old
